Mich würde interessieren, welche Online-Schriftenbibliotheken Euch bekannt sind neben den Seiten der Anbieter selbst. Ich selbst komme auf folgende Zusammenstellung:

94.705, allerdings werden TrueType-, PostScript- und OpenType-Fonts scheinbar einzeln gezählt. Darstellung des Zeichenvorrats.

49.096, mit der Möglichkeit, eigene Texte einzugeben.

44.211, Darstellung als Beispieltext oder ausgewählte Glyphen.

Wer kennt noch andere? Wie gesagt, die Seiten der Hersteller selbst sind in diesem Zusammenhang nicht von Bedeutung.

die haben ja nicht nur ihre eigenen schriften. fs.com finde ich sehr angenehm, fs.de ist von der benutzbarkeit her ein graus, die soll aber laut jürgen siebert bald einmal ersetzt werden, laut ihm arbeiten sie schon an der neuen seite.

Stimmt, die hatte ich vergessen. Sieht aber irgendwie wie myfonts.com aus, oder nicht? Haben die die gleiche Engine?

Sie behaupten, die »largest independent directory of typefaces on the Internet« zu sein. Genau die suche ich nämlich. Aber wieviele Schriften hat denn identifont? Ich finde es zumindest nicht auf Anhieb.
